White Spinach Lasagna

Sauce:1/2 cup flour1 Tbsp chicken bouillon2 cups milk8 Tbsp butter1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 cup parmesan cheese2 cups half and halfFilling:1/4 cup chopped onion2 Tbsp butter1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella1 egg1 cup parmesan cheese2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach1/2 cup sour cream1 lb. cooked lasagna noodlesTopping:1/2 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Prepare the sauce: melt butter, add flour, stir in milk and half and half. Stir until thick. Add chicken bouillon, pepper and cheese. Set aside.
Prepare the filling: Saute onion in butter. Defrost and drain spinach. Add to onion and butter. Add mozzarella cheese, sour cream and egg.
Lightly grease lasagna pan. Place one layer of noodles on bottom of pan and top with 1/2 of the filling mixture (cheese mixture) and then 1/2 of the sauce. Repeat, ending with noodles on top. Add topping mixture. Cover with tin foil to protect the top (will burn easily) and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Delicious!
