Tator Tot Hotdish

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef (raw)1 bag tator tots1 can cream of mushroom soup3/4 cup milk1/2 cup water1 can green beans (opt.)
Directions
Using a baking pan, add ground beef. Smooth it evenly across the bottom of the pan. Next, use a knife and cut beans in can. Add half to pan, distributing as well as possible. Neatly arrange tatortots in rows on top of burger and beans. In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, water, and remaining green beans. Pour mixture over tator tots, trying to do so evenly.
Cover with foil.
Put in a 350* oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and cook another 30 minutes.

    Had this last night. Very easy and good. I added onion soup mix to the mushroom soup mixture. It was a little salty. Next time I might use low sodium soup. - 5/20/09
