Crustless Pineapple Pie / Taste of Home KK

16 oz crushed Pineapple (Well Drained)1/2 cup Jiffy Baking Mix2/3 cup Splenda non calorie sweetener1/4 cup=4 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (light stick--Melted)2 Cups fat free Milk1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavoring2 medium eggs
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Drain Pineapple and spread in bottom of a 9 or 10 Inch Deep Dish Pie plate sprayed with Non-Stick cooking spray
In a bowl mix all other ingredients until Smooth.
Pour over Pineapple (mixture will be runny) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes--until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Chill in Refrigerator.
Top with Cool Whip and Enjoy!
