Ingredients
1 hard boiled egg, chopped fine1/2 cup sour cream2 T. Mayonnaise4 medium red potatoes1 T. finely chopped onionssplash vinegarsalt and pepper to taste1 t. dillweed
Directions
Boil potatoes until done, drain and cool. Leave skins on. Mix all other ingredients well and add potatoes when cool.

    I made this last night. I used new potatos instead of the red, and added dill relish. Was great! Would be very good as a warm potato salad dressing. - 8/13/09
