4-5 Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops (approx 4 ounces)1 box Stove Top Savory Herb Stuffing1 can mushroom gravy1 1/2 cups hot water1 Tbsp Shed Spread Country Crock Lite
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow baking dish, mix Country Crock with water. Mix in Stuffing mix until moistened and spread evenly along bottom of dish. Place pork chops on top of stuffing and cover with gravy. Cover dish with aluminum foil and place in over for 30-45 min depending on thickness of chops. Remove and set aside for 5 minutes to allow stuffing and chops to set. Makes 4-5 servings.
