Garlic Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients
2 tsb olive oil1.5 cups of broccoli florets2 garlic cloves, chopped4 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp1/4 cup mixed vegt.1 tsp lemon juice1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 cup of cooked whole grain pasta (1 oz dry)
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium skillet on med. high; add the broccoli and mixed vegt.
Cook stirring frequently until tender, about 3 minutes. Turn the heat to med. and add the chopped garlic and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, tossing quickly. Stir in the wine and lemonn juice and cook and additional 1 to 2 minutes, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with pepper. Spoon the mixture over 1/2 cup of cooked pasta
