Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
*Rhubarb, 5 cup, diced (remove)Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Orange Peel, 1 tsp (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)Flour, whole grain, .5 cup (remove)Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields (remove)Olivio, Olivio Margarine, 1 Tbsp, 6 serving (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven t o 375, Mix Rhubarb, sugar, orange zest and cinnamon in pan. In large pyrex measuring cuip melt margarine, add sugar and flour and mix. Stir in Oats. Crumble on top of rhubarb mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with or without ice cream or whipped topping.
