Grilled Chicken with Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
1 mango (12 ounces), peeled and finely chopped (No pit, no Skin).5 fl oz lime juice.5 fl ozsmall onion, finely chopped 12 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each) 1 tablespoon extra light olive oil1 Jalapeno Pepper chopped1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 Kiwi choppered (no skin)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped mango, kiwi and jalapano pepper with lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, onion, salt

- Stir in the cilantro.

- Coat a grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat the grill.

-Rub the chicken with the oil some of the lemon pepper. Place on the rack and grill, turning once, until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer registers 170°F, (10 to 12 minutes.)
