Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow egg substitute2 T chopped scallions1/3 cup shredded red cabbageWhole Wheat flour tortilla1t low fat mayo-Hellmann's1 large mushroom chopped, cooked1 tablespoon soy cheesecooking spray
Directions
Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray.
heat pan on medium heat, pour egg into pan. Let the egg cook until it sets. Spread tortilla with mayonnaise. Slide egg onto tortilla. spread cabbage and green onion, mushroom, and cheese over egg. Roll tortilla up and eat.
