Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves1 (17 oz) can crushed pineapple1 C. juice from the above fruits1/2 C. sugar3 (10 oz) pkgs frozen strawberries, unthawed1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate2 Tbsp. lemon juice3 bananas, diced1 (12 oz) can ginger ale
Directions
(Makes approximately 48 1/3-cup servings.)

1) Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving liquid, and add water (if necessary) to make 1 cup.

2) Heat liquid and sugar in large pan until sugar dissolves.

3) Add strawberries and their juices, lemon juice, and orange juice concentrate.

4) Cut up apricots and add with bananas to the mixture.

5) Add pineapple and ginger ale.

6) Spoon into foil-lined muffin cups and freeze until solid.

7) Remove from tins when frozen and store in plastic bags in the freezer.

8) Remove from freezer 10-20 min. before serving.
