Pasta - Any type 32 oz (4 servings).5 cup shredded carrots1 large cucumber peeled and chopped1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms1 cup chopped olives.5 cup Kraft free Italian dressing.25 cup apple cider vinegarItalian seasoning salt pepper to taste
Cut and mix veggies with dressing vinegar and spices while the pasta is cooking. After the pasta cooks drain and rinse with cool water. Add cool pasta to veggies and dressing toss. Can be refrigerated for later or eaten immediately.
