Ingredients
200g Granulated sugar100g Salted butter100g Mararine200g Self raising flour1tsp Baking Soda4 eggs250 icing sugar250g icing sugar
Directions
cream butter, marg and Granulated sugar,
Sift in flour and baking soda, stir in eggs. Beat.
bake at 180C for 25 minutes
leave to cool, mix up icing sugar to double cream consistanty. Colour if desired. Coat cakes with icing.
