colorful rotini salad

Ingredients
12 oz. tri color rotini2 cups cherry tomatoes1 red bell pepper, chopped6 baby bella mushrooms, sliced1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped1 6 oz can of pitted, small black olives1 cup of light italian dressing (or to taste)1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
cook pasta according to package directions.

Immediately rinse under running cold water until cooled.

Add veggies and olives, dressing and cheese, toss well and chill. I always eat some immediately.
