Chunky Italian Sausage pasta sauce

3 links Italian sausage sliced into rounds1 tsp olive oil 1 lg onion diced3 cloves Garlic, minced4 small zucchini, diced1 green pepper, diced1 jar pasta sauce - I uses Simply Natural tomato with roasted garlic for calculations
Heat oil in pan, slice sausage into rounds and brown in oil. Remove sausage. Add onion and garlic and cook to soften. Add other veggies and brown. Return sausage to pan and add sauce and a bit of water if needed. Simmer 10 mins.
