Lentil Soup with Ground Turkey and Italian Sasuge

3 Garlic Cloves1 Yellow Onion1 cup green pepper strips1 lb of Lentils1 cup of rice3 cups of beef broth4 cups of water1 lb ground turkey2 italian sausage links
*Leave lentils soaking overnight in water (enough to completely cover them*
Add drained lentils water and broth to pot and start boiling on high.
While the lentils cook, combine onion, green pepper, garlic with seasonings to taste in pan and fry using pam spray. After about 5 minutes or when onions start to become transparent, add sliced sausage links. Cook sausage for a couple of minutes and then add the ground turkey. Cook until meat is cooked thoroughly.
After 5 minutes of boiling add the cup of rice to lentils and once rice is completely cooked add the meat and vegetables to the soup.
