2 Tbsp Curry Powder14.80oz Chicken Thighs (frozen)1 Cup Frozen Peas1.5 Cups Frozen CornDash Ground Coriander112 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes6.5 Tbsp Low Fat Coconut Milk2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper1 Tbsp Black Pepper1 Tbsp Onion Powder
Directions
Melt butter and spices together until fragrant. Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook until chicken is cooked through. Cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces and allow to finish cooking.
