Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry

-Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 1.5 lbs-Pineapple Juice, 1 cup-Teriyaki Sauce, 1/3 cup-Pineapple, diced fresh or canned, 1/4 cup-Snap peas, 1/2 cup-Waterchestnut slices, 1/4 cup
Slice chicken into bite size pieces. In freezer bag combine pineapple juice with teriyaki sauce. Marinate chicken for at least two hours. Add chicken with half of the liquid from marinade into large skillet. Bring to light boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until chicken is cooked and peas are tender. Spoon chicken w/ vegtables and sauce over brown rice. Makes about 4 servings.
