Ingredients
one fifteen or sixteen ounce container part skim ricotta cheese1 teaspoon almond extact one teaspoon vanilla extract two packets splendaone package swiss miss DIET cocoa mixone quarter cup ground almondsfour to eight sliced almonds to garnish top or toasted coconut left in reserve
Directions
Mix ricotta, vanilla, almond extract and coconut extract with splendaand swiss miss packet. Set aside and in seperate bowl mix ground almonds and coconut . Spread Almond coconut mix into one large or 4 individual (4 oz) containers and chill 1-2 hrs or overnite. May substitute instant sugar free puddings for different flavors and add fruits for phases 2-3 of diet. Garnish with almonds or toasted coconut and enjoy!!!

    The instructions are confusing. First, doesn't state coconut extract in Ingr, not sure where th reserve toasted coconut comes frm & it also says in the inst to mix coconut & almonds but doesn't list coconut in ingr. What are u subing pudding for? Sounds delish, just want 2 make it right! - 11/8/11
