Vegan Semolina Pud

1 C semolina0.25 C raw sugar1 C fatfree soymilk2 tbsp low fat margarine20 almonds3 C waterfood colouring
1. Fry almonds in margarine lightly and remove
2. Lightly fry semolina in remaining margarine until light brown, stirring constantly (burns easily). Remove and set aside
3. Boil milk, adding sugar until dissolved. Add water with food colouring.
4. Add semolina and sitr constantly until thick and big bubble form.
5. Add almonds and serve hot or cold.
