Forget the Sauce Ribs

Ingredients
Pick up one slab of pork spareribs. About 8 seperate ribs is enough for a family of 4 (2 ribs each). Or factor in an extra rib since you are eliminating all the sauce calories. Pick up two cans or one jar of sauerkraut. Black pepper and salt according to your tastes.
Directions
Wash slab then salt & pepper. Arrange slab face down in foil lined baking dish. Pick up 2 cans (or one jar) of sauerkraut. Drain fluid then layer sauerkraut over ribs. Cover top of baking pan with foil and bake in the over at 375 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. The sauerkraut actually comes out tasting like ribs too!
