Tarragon chicken

Ingredients
6 chicken breast, cubed2 medium onions, cleaned and sliced2 tbsp mustardLittle olive oil4 tbsp tarragon, dried2 glasses white wine3 tbsp sour cream2 chicken stock cubes
Directions
Heat a wok and place inside, the chopped onion.
Add olive oil and fry till clear
Add chicken cubes and sear
(At this stage you may also add a punnet of button or sliced mushrooms.)
Add stock cubes, mustard, tarragon and stir.
Add wine and let it simmer for around 15-20 minutes
At the end, add the sour cream.
Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes, or rice, with a side salad.
