Greek Chicken Pita

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenderloin1 tsp. lemon pepper (seasoning or lemon juice and pepper)1/2 tsp. oregano1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
Directions
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
2. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
3. Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker and stir in oregano and yogurt. Warm.
4. Scoop into pita bread.
