Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
4 cups Broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 lbs)1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes halved1 cup chopped celery1 cup raisins1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernels1/3 cup light mayonnaise1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt3 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon white vinegar
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli misture, and toss well. Chill for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)

    I steamed my broccoli first for a few minutes till tender-crisp. This is a nice summer salad. Could add grilled chicken for a main dish. - 5/12/07
