Tropical Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light2 cups diced cooked Chicken Breast1 1/2 cup seedless grapes1 cup diced celery1/3 cup shredded coconut1 cup whole cashew nuts2 tsp. curry powder
Directions
Cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts and then dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Chop celery. Mix curry and mayonnaise in bowl. Stir in coconut, celery. Fold in grapes and chicken. Chill. Add cashews right before serving. Makes 7 one-cup servings.
