Easy Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts2 cups fat free chicken broth1/2 cup cooked and drained black beans1/2 cup cooked and drained kidney beans1 cup frozen yellow corn2 tbsp chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 cup salsa1 tsp ground cumin
Cut raw chicken into bite size chunks. Add everything to the crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat all day. When you get home, add boiling water to get the amount of broth you want.
Serve with bowls of low fat shredded cheddar, chopped fresh cilantro, fat free sour cream, and baked corn tortilla chips. We add these as garnish to the soup and crumble the chips into it like crackers.
