Low Fat Strawberry Shortcake

1 Angel food cake from Sam's club (bumpy top cut off)1 1/4 cup of sliced Strawberries(after in fridge mixed with 2 Tbls of sugar on them)2 servings of sugar free vanilla pudding (mixed with skim milk)1 8 oz. tub of Cool-Whip Free
First make the pudding and Strawberries ahead of time and put them in the fridge. Next day cut the angel food cake. Cut the top off, them cut into 4 to 5 layers. On each layer put a layer of vanilla pudding and strawberries, draining the juice off the berries. When you put the final layer on top of the cake, put some juice on it. DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH OR IT WILL GET SOGGY. Them cover the whole cake with the cool whip. This makes 12 large servings for 177 calories a serving.
