Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
4 cups low sodium chicken broth16 oz bag frozen broccoli1 cup sliced celery2 Tbsp green onions5 slices pre-cooked bacon1 Cup Light Sour Ceam1 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
Directions
Place chicken broth in pan and heat. Cut bacon up into small pieces and add to broth. Slice celery and green onions and add to pot. Add broccoli and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer about 10 minutes. Add sour cream and half & half and simmer for another 10-15 minutes untl the vegetables are as tender as you prefer. Season with black pepper and no sodium seasoning like Mrs. Dash, to taste.

Makes about 8 one cup servings.

You can serve topped with your choice of cheese if preferred (NOT included in nutritional info).
