Red skin potatoesGreen beansHam hockOnion
Directions
Clean beans and potatoes. Cut potatoes in half. Snap ends off beans and break in half. Dice onion. Combine all ingredients in large stock pot. Cover with water and place lid on. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer. Cook 90 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
