OMG!!! This is amazing and super simple to make. I hate fish, at the healthy kind, but this has me hooked (no pun intended). Definitely a keeper in my kitchen. I didn't change a thing with this recipe...it is perfection!! - 4/15/12

This blackened salmon recipe was the best ever and very simple to make. I used the cajun seasoning as the rub and it was perfect. I may use the indivdual spices next time. Thanks for the yummy salmon recipe! - 1/15/12

Very happy to see for myself what makes up "cajun spice". The leftovers were as good if not better on day 2! Will definitely make again and carryover the spice ingredients to other preparations :-) - 6/18/11
