Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
2 premade piecrusts1/4 cup lemon juice1 can sweetened condensed milk - lowfat8 oz. crushed pineapple1 tub Cool Whip Free
Directions
bake pie crusts as directed to make golden.
In a mixing bowl, beat lemon juice and condensed milk until well mixed. Fold in pineapple and Cool Whip. Divide between 2 piecrusts and put in fridge for at least an hour. (The longer the better).
