Cinnamon Raison Fench Toast

Ingredients
10 slices Thomas's wheat cinnamon raison bread2 eggs1 egg white1 tbsp half and half (optional)1/2 cup of skim milk1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanillaNote: if you choose to omit the half and half the amount of milk needed increases. The half and half adds for a flufflier bread.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a somewhat flat dish with a whisk. Heat a skillet to about 350 degrees. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Dip each slice on both sides into the egg mixture. Cook it on the skillet evenly on both sides.
