Ingredients
One banana, one (or one half) avacado, orange juice, fat free vanilla yogurt, and ground flax seed. (Pineapple juice may be substituted for the orage juice for a sweeter smoothie.)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!!

    I wish there were measurements for the juice, flax seed and yogurt so I could understnad how the 634.7 calories were figured out. It sounds like a great recipe and probably could be cut in half calorie wise with a few modifications - 8/3/11
