Tequilaberry Salad

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, chopped fine1 head romaine or regular lettuce, torn into bits3/4 c. Hormel Bacon bits, or you can fry your own bacon and crumbled it1/2 c. red, yellow or green onion, diced1/2 c. shredded yellow (cheddar, colby) cheese1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c mayonnaise, depending on amounts of salad2 -4 t. sugar (opt.01 c.dry parmeson cheese, grated (green jar type that is used on top of spaghetti.)
Directions
Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion, bacon and yellow cheese in bowl. Mix mayo, parmesan cheese and sugar together and "frost" the salad, sealing edges. Refridgerate overnight. At serving time, mix altogether. Flavor gets better the next day!
