Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients
4-6 Lge Potatoes (peeled & cut into cubes)1/2 cup Light Ranch Dressing2-3 TBSP Mustard1-2 tsp Chicken Boullion powder2 tsp Garlic powder2 tsp onion powder2 tsp salt1/2 cup boiled eggs (chopped)
Directions
Boil potatoes in water for ten minutes or until slightly tender. Drain water from potatoes and put inot a large bowl.

Add the seasonings to the potatoes until evenly distributed.

Next, add Ranch Dressing and Mustard until evenly coated (If too dry, add an extra tsp of Ranch and/or Mustard to taste)

Top with the chopped boiled eggs and serve warm or refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
