Spicy Jicama Salad

Ingredients
1 jicama, julliened1 Carrot, chopped 1/2 Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, jullienned1/2 Green Peppers (bell peppers), jullienned1/2 Cucumber (peeled) julliennedred Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped 1 Navel Orange choppedJuice of 1 LimePepper, red or cayenne to taste1/2 cup of Cilantro, rawPepper, black to tasteSalt to taste
Directions
1. Combine jicama, carrot, red and green peppers, cucumber, onion and orange in a bowl.

2. Toss in lime juice, cayenne, salt, pepper and cilantro.

3. Let sit 20 to 30 minutes, covered in fridge before serving. Will keep in fridge for up to 5 days and should stay crunchy.

    Jicama is awesome! This salad is fantastic, I omitted the Cilantro, black pepper, and only used a pinch of salt. Jicama is very versatile and refreshing. My mouth is watering.

    Loved this salad. Loved that it needs no dressing and that it keeps in the refrigerator until you're want more.
    I skipped the onions and cilantro since I don't like either one raw.
