2 cups Fat-free whipping cream1 cup half & half5 eggs1.5 cups sugarenough milk to make 3 quarts (approx 2+ quarts fat-free milk)3-4 Tbsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Follow instructions on your ice cream maker. Adjust sugar & vanilla to your taste.
