Chilean Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 sm-md potatoes washed and diced6 green onions or about a cup dicedpkg of artichoke hearts20 green beans or about a can1/4 cup each of chopped fresh parsley and cilantrosalt, garlic powder and dill to tasteolive oillemon about 1/2
Directions
cook potatoes
cook green beans
cook artichoke hearts
cook cauliflower
I use 2 of large size ziploc steam bags. I cook green beans first while i prep potatoes. I rinse and reuse that bag for the cauliflower and artichoke with some salt and either lemon juice or lemon powder. i use some of the salt, garlic powder and dill with the potatoes.
while veggies cook prep onions, cilantro and parsley
after all veggies cook toss together with the onion cilantro and parsley. finally season with a dash of salt to taste, drizzle no more than a tbsp of olive oil and squeeze lemon juice on it to taste. Mix well and cool before serving...it can be eaten hot though
