Paul's Steak Fajita Soft Tacos

24 oz beef round steak cut into thin strips10 mission low carb soft taco tortillas2 packets fajita seasoning2 cups shredded lettuce1 medium tomato diced1 cup sliced onion10 tbsp sour cream
1) Slice round steak into thin strips, dice tomato and shred lettuce.
2) In large skillet, brown meat strips. Drain excess fat and add seasonings. Let simmer 10-15 minutes.
3) Warm tortillas and fill with 2.5 oz steak, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 oz lettuce, 1 oz onion and 1 oz tomato. Fold and serve. Makes 10 servings.
If desired, serve with mexican rice and refried beans.
