Ingredients
dry beans different kindsfat free chicken brothone can of cambells minestrone soup condensedfresh herbszuckinni
Directions
sautee all vegetables except zuckinni
beans should be soaked for a few hours in warm water
add soaked beans to pot , add chicken or veg broth
add same annount of water.
( I cook n pressure cooker for 30 min)
regular cook until beans are tender
add zuckinni and minestrone soup and fresh herbs
cook for another 5 min
add salt and pepper as needed.
