Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 12 oz Edamame, frozen, unprepared, 0.5 Cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp Paprika, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp *Coriander seed, .5 tsp Celery seed, .5 tsp Salt, 2 tsp.
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt to water and add pasta. Cook for 5 min and add frozen vegetables in with pasta and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain and put into large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix all items. Best if refrigerated for at least 2 hrs before eating so that flavors can blend together.
Makes 8 - 1.5 cup servings.
