Spring Cole Slaw by Paulette Smith

Ingredients
1.One bag shredded cole slaw. Angel hair or mixed with carrots - either is just fine.2. Three Granny Smith Apples -- large -- diced3. One bag Ocean Spray Craisins*Chop apples quickly, with peals, into nice bite size pieces-- no need to be exact. Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.*Combine following 3 ingredients into a small bowl. Mix. Drop by small amounts on top of cole slaw mix in the large bowl. Toss -- being sure that no clumps of dressing remain. Dressing:4. 1/3 cup Fat Free Sour 5. 1/3 cup Fat Free Mayo6. 4 Splenda packetsPlease note dividing the into 4 servings makes very large servings. I divided the recipe into 4 because the format Sparkpeople made it best to divide into 4 - also the packaging of products in the recipe made 4 servings a good number.
