Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 12 oz * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded * Beans, pinto, 3 cup * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * 1 Bag Chili Cheese fritos
Directions
Layer in order: Fritos, Beans, Meat, Tomatoes, Corn, Cheese-then repeat. End with fritos and add romato sauce. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve

    I would substitute chicken instead of the beef. If I used beef I would cook and drain first..which they probably did the same for chicken. - 5/2/09

    To many calories that is 1/2 my calories for the day in one dish and way to much sodium, fat you name it. I would not call this a healthy dish. - 7/3/08
