Potato Salad

5 lbs. potato - peeled - cooked - diced1/2 medium onion - chopped1 cup pickles - diced (dill is used most often, but sweet is fine too)9 eggs - boiled - chopped1 Tbsp. mustard 3/4 quart of Mayonnaise (Best Foods Canola)salt and pepper to tastepaprika - sprinkle this on top when done.
Put all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle paprika on the top. Let set in refrigerator overnight to let the flavors blend together.
