Homemade strawberry yogurt, crock pot

Ingredients
8 cups whole milk2/3 cup nonfat milk powder1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used goat milk yogurt)2 cups frozen whole strawberries, thawed16 tsp Splenda16 4oz containers
Directions
Place 8 cups milk into crock pot.Turn crock pot on low and heat for 2 1/2 hours. Turn crock pot off for 3 hours.Add 2/3 cup nonfat milk powder (for thickening) and 1/2 cup plain yogurt. Cover crock pot with towels (do not turn back on), and let sit for 8 hours. Chill in refrigerator. Once chilled, dice thawed strawberries, and put 2 tsp strawberries in bottom of each container. Add 1 tsp Splenda to each container. Fill containers with the chilled yogurt. Stir and enjoy when serving. Store up to 10 days. Makes 16 4 oz servings.
