Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
4 T Whole Wheat Flour4 T Splenda No Calorie Sweetener2 T Cocoa1 egg or 1/4 cup egg beaters3 T nonfat milk3 T oil or 1/2 T oil and 1/2 T baby prunes3 T Chocolate Chips1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
mix dry ingredients into mircowave safe coffee mug
in a measuring cup mix egg, milk, oil mix well and add to ingredients and mix well
add chocolate chips and vanilla extract mix well
Put mug in mircowave and cook for 3-4 minutes
The cake will riseover the top of mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate and cut in half to share with a friend
