1 Flatout Flatbread Wrap1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim3 tsp Ricotta Cheese, part skim0.5 cup Broccoli54 g Fresh Mushrooms (I think it was 4-5 medium sized mushrooms)0.5 Tomato, medium size1 clove Garlic
Preheat oven to 350F. Place wrap on baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 5 min. Cut up the broccoli (I used cooked left-overs from the day before), mushrooms and tomato. Spread the garlic on the wrap, then add mozzarella cheese. Top pizza with broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, add ricotta cheese.
Bake at 350F for about 15 min. Enjoy!
