Ingredients
1 scoop soy protein powder1 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt5 strawberries1 banana1 cup ice crushed
Directions
So, it's pretty self explanatary.
You take your blender and blend your milk, yogurt, and protein powder. Then add your berries or whatever fruit you have mix it then thow in the ice and blend for about a minute. MMMM...so yummy, and freshalicious!!
