Ingredients
8 oz lean ground beef15 oz tomato saucepizza/italian seasoning to taste1 - 7.5 oz can buttermilk biscuits4 oz park skim mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add seasoning and tomato sauce and simmer until slightly thickened. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased pie pan. Top biscuits with beef and sauce mixture. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes until biscuits are done.
