Chicken Slaw

12 oz Broccoli Slaw8 oz raw chicken breast3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp rice vinegar1/2 tbsp granulated sugar1 cup slice mushrooms2 cloves garlic, minced1 medium onion, chopped
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and heat a pan on medium heat.
Spray the pan with PAM and add the chicken pieces.
Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and add the garlic.
Stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 20 seconds.
Add the mushrooms and onions and cook until the onions soften.
Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.
Stir and simmer for about 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli slaw and cook until the slaw is tender but still crunchy.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
