left over bolognaise- 1oz lean beef mincepassata-crushed tomatoes, herbs and onions.lasagne sheets- 4tomatoes and mushrooms-layered up 4 toms and 6 mushroomsspinach and ricotta cheese- 1 bag of spinach and 125g cheese
makes 2 as part of a meal or 1 as a whole meal.
use left over bolognaise sauce or make a small amount. with the beef, onion, herbs and crushed tomatoes. PUT INTO BOTTOM OF DISH.
then take the mushrooms and tomatoes and slice. LAY INTO DISH ONTOP OF SAUCE.
place pasta ontop of the veg- IF USING COOKED PASTA THE COOKING TIME WILL DE-CREASE.
the wilt spinach over some boiling water, mix with the cheese and place the mixture ontop of the pasta.
place in oven on 200c for 20-40 mins depending on pasta!
